Our leasing office is open to the public for in-person tours every day of the week from 9 am- 6 pm and 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. We look forward to your visit!

Absolutely, we offer EV charging for all our residents, and dedicated garages with equipped outlets!

Yes, we invite you to take advantage of our expansive, fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight training, and studio equipment for your ideal workout. We also offer seasonal fitness classes along with an array of other engaging resident events where you can come by and meet your neighbors!
How much is the rent?

How do I pay rent?
You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access to an online resident portal where you can schedule one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a check.
Are utilities included in the monthly rent costs?
The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of applicable taxes/fees nor utility costs.
There is a $9.95 tech fee associated to all lease agreements.
Do you offer move-in assistance?
Upon move-in, you will be greeted by our leasing staff and maintenance who can answer any questions or concerns and walk you through the process. In addition, we have partnered with local moving companies for additional move-in assistance, if needed.
What’s your pet policy?
We love pets at Solara Vista! We welcome your furry friends – cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. There is $300 one-time refundable deposit and a pet rent of $45 per month. We also have a pet spa and pet park on-site.
What is the parking situation at Solara Vista?
We have covered parking spots for all our residents. We even offer assigned garages, with the option for EV charging compatibility. There are also guest parking spots for visitors and ChargePoint stations available.
